SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
Below you will find useful information about using online booking. Here you can read about our processing of personal data, how to receive your rental certificate, and cancellation rules.
Please note that your booking is not covered by the Consumer Agreement Act's rules on the right of withdrawal. The sale of accommodation (cabins, tipis, camping, etc.) is exempt according to the Consumer Agreement Act's section 18, subsection 2, no. 12. The reason is that re-letting of reserved units that are cancelled shortly before arrival is often not possible.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
When you book a stay with your own caravan, tent, motorhome, cabin or tipi, the full amount must be paid immediately upon booking.
After completing your order, Kattegat Strand Camping will send you a rental receipt by email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder.
CHECKING RENTAL CERTIFICATE
It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure that the information on the rental certificate (period, unit, etc.) is correct.
CANCELLATION (WITHOUT CANCELLATION GUARANTEE)
When canceling paid stays where a Cancellation Guarantee has not been purchased, no refund will be given.
